Post-Winding Battery Cell Inspection System
The post-winding inspection system is used for automated inspection of lithium-ion battery cells after stacking or winding, ensuring the integrity, safety, and consistency of the internal cell structure, which is critical to power battery quality. The system supports fully automated inline inspection, focusing on defect detection on the front and back surfaces and all end faces after winding, including inspection of electrode tabs at each layer.
